Can I bring my pet?
No, none of the owners advertising with us accept pets. Sorry.
How do I make a reservation?
Each owner requires a major credit card to pay in full to reserve your condo. For monthly stays your first month's balance is due prior to your arrival. You may reserve by calling 361-772-2141. Our office hours are 8:00am - 6pm CST 7 days a week.
What if something happens and I have to cancel my reservation?
Each owner requires 72 hours notice to in order to refund your rental less $50 processing fee; otherwise the processing fee increases to $100. The processing fees help offset administrative expenses incurred in the rental process.
What time is check-in, and what time is check out?
Check-in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. These times are set to give each owners cleaning crew enough time to clean between check-ins and outs.
How do I check-in?
A confirmation, explaining this process, will be sent to you, via email. If for some reason you do not receive this confirmation, you may call our (toll free) number 866-987-8808 and we will find an alternative way to get it to you.
How close to the beach are your condos and homes?
All advertised properties on our site have either a beach front with the unit facing the beach or beach view that have a clear view of the beach.
What if I check-in later than 6pm?
Specify this when speaking to our booking agent to make your reservation, so we can arrange for you to pick up your keys. Please try to provide the exact time of arrival.
How do I check out?
Easy! Just leave your keys in the lockbox at the door and lock the door as you exit. Make sure there is a key in the box on the door, so we do not have to charge the cost to you for getting a new key. DO NOT TAKE THE KEY TO ANY OF OUR FRONT DESKS AT ANY OF THE COMPLEXES, AS THEY ARE NOT ASSOCIATED WITH OUR OWNERS. Drive home safe and our owners look forward to seeing you again next year!
Are linens, towels, dinnerware, and/or silverware provided?
Yes, each owner provides one set of linens, at least 4 bath and 2 hand towels, dinnerware, silverware, and basic cookware. There are coin-operated washers and dryers on each floor for your convenience. However, the owners do suggest bringing extra bath towels and beach towels. Also, extra linens, if you feel one set is not enough.
Is there a cleaning fee?
NO, NOT AT ALL.
Can I bring my boat or trailer?
There is sufficient parking for you boat or trailer, however, if your stay extends beyond 14 days there is an additional parking fee.
Does it have a Swimming Pool or Hot Tub?
Yes, there are two pools and two hot tubs to enjoy.
